Welcome to 4th grade!!

 I will be teaching science and social studies here at Dewar. I have recently graduated from Valdosta State University with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. During my practicum in college, I had the opportunity to teach in Pre-K, 3rd grade, and 4th grade. I loved my experience in 4th grade, so I'm excited to be able to have a 4th grade classroom of my own! I grew up in the Lowndes County School System myself, so I will always be a Viking at heart! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, traveling, and reading! I also have a cat named Stevie who I adore! 

I believe in making learning fun and engaging, so get ready for an awesome year filled with laughter, creativity, and plenty of learning adventures! Lets make this year unforgettable and as always, GO VIKINGS!!!
