As a student, I attended Parker Mathis Elementary, Hahira Middle School, and Lowndes High. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Valdosta State College and have been teaching at Hahira Elementary since 1998. I have a Master's of Science in Education (BrainSMART Learning and Teaching) and an Educational Specialist Degree (Brain-Based Teaching and Instructional Leadership).

I have a wonderful husband, Scooter, three daughters, two sons-in-law, and 7 grandchildren. I love teaching at Hahira Elementary and strive to help each of my students reach his or her full potential!
