Fundraising: 

Fundraising is an integral part of any sports program. It is what allows for upgrades to facilities, equipment, new uniforms, maintenance, banquets, etc. 

Fundraising reduces the amount of "out of pocket" funds that the student and  parents are responsible for covering. MOST years, we put more money towards jersey costs, banquet fees, equipment, and let the kids be responsible for their pants and belt.  For example, in 2023 we were able to finally purchase a new pitching machine for our team. We had not had a working machine in three years. For the 2024 season, we had a great year fundraising and we were able to buy 12 dozen of the practice softballs made. In addition to this, we purchased a brand new windscreen for the outfield fence with our logos attached, a padded backstop with a logo, and our students received 4 jerseys last year. We will explain this at the parent meeting and we welcome any and all questions regarding fundraising. We ask for 100% participation in fundraising because it enhances the players overall experience.
