Welcome to Lowndes Middle School Track Team page. We are excited to start the 2023 track season here at LMS. Coach Sumlin and Coach Miles will be teaming up together again to bring back a Big 5 Championship. Our motto is "ALL GAS NO BRAKES" meaning do everything and absolutely everything at full speed.
