The HONOR GUARD program provides middle school students the opportunity to develop and utilize leadership skills, civic responsibility, and disciplined group dynamics. The Club includes emphasis on school and community service, leadership training and group functions.

The duties and responsibilities on HONOR GUARD are raising and lowering the flag each day. Proper care and folding of flags is taught and adhered to daily. Our community projects have included POW/MIA Recognition Day, Veterans Day program with Moody Leadership School, present the colors for various sporting and after school events and maintaining the area around the flagpole.

Honor Guard members are expected to maintain passing grades, complete assigned work and maintain a high level of proper behavior in school.
