This is my first year teaching Life Skills in Georgia at Clyattville Elementary. I taught Pre-Kindergarten two years at Hillcrest Elementary School in Frederick County, Maryland. Then taught Pre-Kindergarten for one year at Brunswick Elementary in Frederick County, Maryland. I earned my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education at Shepherd University, Shepherdstown WV and received a proficiency in Special Education. I am certified in LETRS-ECE (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling for Early Childhood Educators).  My focus in teaching is social-emotional learning, helping children learn to interact and care for one another. I am so excited for this new adventure in Georgia teaching and watching each child grow. 

Outside the classroom I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Most of the time you can find me fishing, swimming, or knitting. Pretty much anything outdoors.
