Dear Sandman Families,

Welcome to a new school year! My name is Maryanna Bosch, and I am so excited to introduce myself as your child's School Counselor for 5th and 6th grade!

This is my fifth year as a school counselor in the district, and I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with our students. 5th and 6th grade is an exciting time filled with new experiences, friendships, challenges, and lots of growth. My goal is to make sure every student knows that they have a trusted adult at school who is here to listen, support them, and help them navigate whatever comes their way.

As the school counselor, I work with students in many different ways. I support students with friendships, conflict resolution, managing emotions, problem-solving, organization, goal setting, academic concerns, family changes, school transitions, and building confidence. I also provide classroom lessons, small groups, individual check-ins, and school-wide programs focused on social-emotional learning and positive character development.
