A twelve-month journey into extraordinary success, joy, and fulfillment — without more striving.

This October, I’m welcoming 10 women into a personal,  exclusive, and thoughtfully curated experience.

You’ve already done meaningful work on yourself. You’ve learned, grown, accomplished, and contributed a great deal.

The Expansive Life is a year devoted to that process: creating extraordinary results while making more room for joy, deep fulfillment and confidence along the way.

• Individual partnership with me — personalized coaching rooted in your goals, circumstances, decisions, and what is unfolding in your life throughout the year.

• A curated group of ten women — a small, heart-centered community offering connection, perspective, and the opportunity to learn from one another as the work comes alive in each of your lives.

• A proven framework, tools, and ongoing practices — so you develop a repeatable way to apply what you are learning and create real-world results.

• Embodied experiences — including one on one time together and access to TranscenDance, an advanced movement/embodiment tool I may bring into the work when it can support deeper integration and coherence.

Because there are only ten women, the experience remains personal. I have the opportunity to know you, understand what you are creating, help you remove what’s been in the way, and stay connected to your path of transformation as your year unfolds.

Some of the most important changes in my own life did not happen because I finally acquired the right information.

They happened because I had support, over time, in applying the principles I’d learned  in my daily life.

When I forgot, I had the people and the structure around me that helped me remember and take the action I could take. To eliminate drifting off course, I had a process to return to, and over time, what I understood intellectually became something I naturally embodied.

That is what twelve months makes possible: enough time to work toward something you genuinely want, apply these principles in the context of your real life, receive support as things unfold, and practice long enough for what once felt new to become your own.

The goal is not simply a year of personal growth.
