There is a Chinese saying that says: “If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap....if you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody.” Whenever we’re feeling like we can use a boost, lending a helping hand to someone can do just that.  🦸🏽‍♀️

In checking in with many of you, sitting behind a computer from 8-12:30 is more difficult than you thought. Take advantage of those 10 minute breaks and take a walk to relieve some stress, stretch out and improve your mood! 🚶🏽‍♀️
