Hello, 

My name is Jamie Gollaher and I am excited to be the High School Counselor at LHS. I have 10 years experience as a school counselor at the elementary, middle and high school grade levels. I have worked at the East Newton, Westview, Carthage and Silex School Districts. I also have experience working with pre-school children through my work at Douglas Community Services/Bowling Green Head Start as well as working in the addiction treatment field at The Aviary Recovery Center. Most recently I worked for CHADS Coalition for Mental Health doing Suicide Prevention Presentations in schools for grades 5th-12th. 

I graduated from Missouri Baptist University in 2007 with my Masters in Education with a concentration in School Counseling. I also have a Bachelors Degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a double minor in Marketing and Political Science from Bradley University, Peoria, IL.

I grew up in rural Eolia and attended Silex School District where I graduated in 2000. I currently live in rural Frankford with my husband Grant and my daughter Carly
