FUND DETAILS

A.      The Fund is available to any nominated state owned entity at no upfront charge. (Private Entities may require additional approval along with application & placement fee).

B.      The Fund operates in USD (repayment must be in USD & all Clients must make arrangements for the availability of USD).

C.      It is a Revolving Fund, with repayment maturity of 30-180 days.

D.      The Fund would be active for 12 - 36 months (unlimited use within that time-frame).

E.       The Fund is Letter of Credit based (using Back to Back LC’s).

F.       The maximum value per instance would be US$30,000,000 (can be reduced as required).

G.     The Fund will typically attract 0.7% - 5% Interest (TBD) (it is also possible to incorporate the interest within the product price provided that LOTW sources and/or supplies the product).
