Attendance

If your child is home sick or out of school FOR ANY REASON, you must let the school know. You can call any time to explain your child's absence.

Our office phone number is (831)475-6565 and we are open 7:30am to 3:30pm. If we do not answer your call, please leave a voicemail with your child's name, your name and the date and reason for the absence.

We cannot correct any absences past 72 hours, so please let us know as soon as possible.

If you know about an absence ahead of time, don't hesitate to let us know. If the absence will be 4 or more days, your child may qualify for an independent study contract.  

Please Note:

We strive to answer every call that comes in, but often are called away from our desks and unable to do so.

Please leave a voicemail and we will get each one in a timely manner. There is no need to continue to call after leaving a voicemail.

If you would like a call back, please indicate that in your voicemail. Many issues and tasks can be resolved by receiving the information in the voicemail. Direct communication isn't always necessary and can save us time.
