Water Bucket Challenge

The Challenge:

Using only the materials listed, create a device to transfer water from one bucket to another.

Materials:

• Four 12 inch sheets of aluminum foil

• 10 straws

• Scissors

• Masking tape (limit the amount if you want a more difficult challenge)

Complete one of the races below, or make up your own:

1. How much water can you transfer in 1 minute?

2. Race to see who can fill their bucket first. To make this challenge harder, set up an obstacle course in-between each bucket, or make rules like "walk backward" or "skip."
