Re-engineer a Wind-up Toy

The Challenge:

Do you have an old wind-up toy that you don't play with anymore? With an adults help, take it apart and use the mechanics to make something new.

Be careful ... prying it apart might require special tools and it might not be easy. To be safe, be sure to have an adult help you.

Look closely at the clockwork mechanism that winds up the gears. Can you understand how it made the toy move?
