Design a Party Hat

Today is Ian and Evan's 14th birthday, so today's challenge is to design and create a party hat. Use any materials you have around the house. Your hat can be for you, a family member, or even a stuffed animal! We thought about designing a hat for our cat, but we didn't think he'd like it very much. :)
