Build a Fort

The Challenge:

Today's challenge is simple ... build a fort! You can build one inside or outside. What will you do in your fort? Read a book? Play a board game? Have a picnic? Get creative today with some good old fashion PLAY.

We built our fort in our backyard using sheets, big clamps, cardboard, chairs, and an umbrella. We enjoyed a nice picnic lunch, played a very long game of Uno Flip, and had ice cream cones.

Good fort building materials:
- old sheets, blankets, or towels
- cardboard and duct tape
- clamps or clothespins to hold things together
- chairs and tables make for good structural frames
