How to Book Your Guidance Appointment

The Guidance Team in Loreto College Mullingar have a dedicated booking form  so students may contact them to organise appointments. Once an appointment has been arranged, the class teacher will be informed and the student WILL BE COLLECTED from their class by the guidance counsellor. No exceptions can be made to this arrangement.  A student should not present to the guidance office during class time without an appointment. We encourage all students to use drop-in times when suitable. Our drop-in times are 8.30am-8.55am each morning and every lunchbreak.

The guidance room remains open each lunchtime should a student require an urgent appointment or need assistance. The guidance team will also be available each Friday after school (1.20-3pm) to assist students with applications and research. Every effort is made to accommodate student need as quickly and efficiently as possible.
