My name is Monica Mitchell and I am the Behavior Specialist for the Middle School and High School. I am married to my best friend and Red Raider Jayson with whom we have 3 beautiful girls; Jordan, Jayla and Janay and I also have a bonus daughter Jazmyn who is 20 years old. I graduated from Baylor University and I am a former Lady Bear basketball player. I played basketball overseas for a season in the country Albania. Before coming to Lorena ISD, I was a Juvenile Probation Officer in McLennan County for 12 years. I received my Master's in Education in 2017. My goal is to enrich the lives of the students I come in contact with, to give them hope for the future.
