PASS BEHAVIOR EDUCATION

A constructive approach to behavior change – that is, the focus is on building pro-social behaviors, not on punishment.

• In Lorena ISD, our Behavior Education Curriculum comes from the PASS program.

• PASS stands for "Positive Approach to Student Success"

• The PASS Formula: Behavior Education + Data Driven Decision Making = Success for Behavior Disorder Students

• Targeted and intensive social skills instruction is combined with behavior monitoring and coaching for the student and teacher(s).

• The PASS staff is a resource for all education stakeholders: students, school staff and parents.
