*You get a fresh start each six weeks

Grading policy

Daily Work - Classwork, Quizzes, Homework, Participation - 40%

Major - Test, Labs, Projects - 60%

******There will be a minimum of 6 Daily Grades and 2 Major Grades per Six Weeks******

Progress reports will be sent home after three weeks of the reporting period. Report cards are sent home at the end of each 6 weeks. You can keep a close eye on your child's grades and other pertinent information through the district's "POWERSCHOOL" program.

Late work- The LMS late work policy will be enforced. Any assignment not turned in the day it is due will be counted late. 10 Points will be deducted for each day the assignment is late, 1st maximum possible points 90, 2nd day maximum possible points 80, and 3rd day maximum possible points 70. On the 3rd day at 3:25, the work will be marked as a permanent 0.

Absent work- Students will have one school day per day missed to make up work (example: a student is absent Thursday and Friday; all work must be turned in by the following Wednesday). Any work assigned prior to an absence will be due upon return to school.
