Grade Level Discipline:

• Tardies (per 6-weeks, per class)
  • Three (3) tardies will result in an assignment to detention.
  • Four (4) tardies will result in an office referral.
• Marks (per 6-weeks, per class)
  • Three (3) marks will result in an assignment to detention.
  • On the fourth (4) mark, an office referral will be given.
• Detention will be served during the tutorial period unless the student has a pass to meet with a teacher. Students will write 25 sentences per assignment to detention. Three separate detention assignments will result in an office referral.
• Late Papers- A paper is counted tardy/ late (for incentive purposes) if it is not turned in by the assigned due date. The student will have until the following Monday morning at 7:45 a.m. to turn the paper in for full credit and to avoid Learning Lunch. A tardy homework paper becomes grade deductible (officially late) if not turned in before 3:20 p.m. the following Monday after it was due.

After 3:25 on the 3rd day late, work will not be accepted and a zero will be entered into the grade book. Teachers and students should make every effort to complete assignments utilizing before and/or after school time, tutorials and/or the Learning Cafe.

Cheating Policy - All work involved in cheating, will be reported to the office immediately. After reevaluation of the situation and student behavior, the student may be able to re-do the assignment correctly, and receive the highest possible grade of a 50.
