Reporting Requirements - California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Metrics Report

Between January 2025 to December 2025, LoopMe processed the following consumer requests to access, to delete, to correct, to opt-out of sale or sharing, or to limit the use of a consumer’s personal information, globally:

*During the 2025 calendar year, Chartboost did not report CCPA opt-outs separately from global totals. The figure has therefore been derived by applying California’s share of impressions to the global opt-out number and is provided as an indicative calculation. Reporting processes are being updated to enable precise figures in future periods.

**Requests Not Fulfilled Due to Statutory Exemptions: We can only process requests where we have all of the required information. For example, we cannot action requests if only the name and/or email of an individual are provided because we do not process that data. In each such case, we responded to the requestor asking for further information required to process the request, and could only process such request where the required additional information was provided. We offer a cookie based opt out, however are unable to track the amount of requests made through this medium.
