LoopMe - Third Party Service Providers
LoopMe works with third party service providers who provide data processing services to LoopMe or otherwise process personal information for purposes described in this Privacy Notice on LoopMe’s behalf. For example these include IT and cloud hosting service providers in connection with the operation of the LoopMe business and provision of LoopMe Services.
We have set out below examples of some of the third party service providers we work with and may share user data with or receive user data from. Please note that this list is reviewed and updated periodically but is not therefore an exhaustive list of all third party partners at any one time.

Used for managing client & prospective client contact information, as well as information on revenue/partnership opportunities

Events management platform
Used for managing data in relation to event attendance (i.e. have they said they’re going to attend? Did they actually attend? Did they cancel, etc.)
Info we usually capture: name, job title, company, email address
Note: LoopMe employees don’t enter client data into Splash - our clients enter their own details via pages like this.

Used for sending marketing materials (e.g. PDFs, PPT decks) to prospective clients via email and tracking data on the content they viewed (e.g. which slides of a deck they looked at, and how long they spent viewing the materials)
Media Radar
MediaRadar is a database of agency and brand contacts that LoopMe uses for business development. LoopMe does not add any data into the site, instead its purely data extraction by LoopMe for prospecting.
