Chromebook Pick-up dates
Students in Grades 10 - 12 are expected to pick up their assigned Chromebook before the first day of school
Students in Grade 9 will be issued their Chromebooks in the first couple of weeks of school
Students will be emailed the 1:1 Device Agreement and need to sign it ONLINE prior to picking up their assigned Chromebook
Parents/caregivers can pick up the devices for students, but devices will not be released to siblings
Parents must sign that they have read and understand the checkout agreement. This can be done electronically or can be downloaded from the Google Form sent out in the S'more. This agreement must be returned to the school at the end of the first full week of school.

July 31 (Thursday) - 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
August 7 (Thursday) - 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
August 8 (Friday) - 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
August 12 (Tuesday) - 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
August 15 (Friday) - 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
August 20 (Wednesday) - 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
August 26 (Tuesday) - 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

If your Chromebook is not working properly, contact me at jkruse@longviewschools.org
Describe the issue you are having with the Chromebook
I will put your name on the on-site tracking list so you can bring the Chromebook needing repair to the library
You will receive a service loaner to use while the Chromebook issued to you is being repaired
When your Chromebook is repaired, I will contact you using your longviewschools.org account
Please pick up repaired Chromebooks promptly so that others will be able to use the service loaners

The Chromebook will be shut down
Student will be issued a different Chromebook
I will provide you with the barcode and serial number of the stolen Chromebook
File an online Police Report
Forward the Police Report number to me
Note: It is not safe to leave Chromebooks/backpacks in vehicles.

CHROMEBOOKS WILL BE SHUT DOWN AT 3 PM ON THE LAST DAY THEY ARE DUE.
Seniors
Make sure you have downloaded anything you want from your longviewschools.org account.
Grades 9 - 12
Remove the device from any case/shell
Make sure barcodes are visible on the Chromebook and charger
Make sure all stickers have been removed with the exception of those with barcodes on them (Remember - you are fined $1 per sticker)
Let Mrs. Kruse know if repairs are needed
Be sure to pay attention to how the chargers need to be wrapped
