Independent Physical Education Resources

If a student does not participate in sports at LCS or is unable to take a full credit of PE during school hours, they will be allowed to use any physical activity that they participate in during their high school years to receive their required PE credit.

The students will need to participate in 60 hours of physical activity. There is no limit as to the amount of time needed to complete these 60 hours. This is the equivalent of 45 minutes daily for a semester.

By signing this form, you are indicating that you have completed the above requirements. The form must be turned into the Academic Advisor's office to be recorded.
