Welcome

Blueberry Hill School (BHS) is one of three elementary schools in the Longmeadow Public School system. In 2003, BHS underwent a major renovation which doubled the size of the school and transformed the building into a modern learning facility. With this renovation and subsequent technology updates, the school is equipped with LCD computer projectors in every classroom, several laptop and iPad carts, and two computer labs with enough desktop computers to support an entire class at one time. In addition, there is a beautiful new library, a full-sized gymnasium, and child-safe outdoor playground structure.

Parent involvement at Blueberry Hill School is an integral part of what makes the BHS community thrive. There is an active Parent Teacher Organization and many parent volunteers who work to support and enhance the learning environment for every student at BHS.

One of the strongest assets to our school is our dedicated teachers and staff who provide cutting-edge learning opportunities for students on an on-going basis. The BHS staff is dedicated to educating the “whole” child in all academic, social, and emotional domains. Students with unique learning needs have access to reading, math, speech, social-emotional, and resource support. The BHS staff strives to maintain high expectations and working partnerships with parents to ensure our students EXCEL in learning, SUCCEED in life, and ENRICH our community.
