Homework

Is there homework? Yes!! Students are expected to have 20+ minutes of literacy time (independent reading, reading with an adult, reading to a sibling, listening to an audiobook, etc...) and 20+ minutes of Math Fluency Practice from the Bridges Home Connection site (linked here). Sometimes there will be a directed game or activity to review and students will write the appropriate "set" of problems to practice each week.

Occasionally, there will be additional homework assigned to prepare or review for an assessment, to work on a long-term project, or to complete work that was unable to be completed during the expected class time. Homework should not be stressful, too difficult to tackle independently, or compromise important family time. Please see me with concerns.

See the main home page for this week's current homework.
