Hello Senior Class of 2027!
The following is DUE by Wednesday, October 7th, 2026:
> Senior Kit - Please check your LHS gmail to complete the google form sent by Mrs. Drawec &/or the Senior Class google classroom page. A printable version of the form can be viewed by clicking here.
> Senior Portrait Pictures - Please review the associated requirements/details below
> Senior Childhood Pictures - Please review the associated requirements/details below
Reminders:
We will be collecting senior signatures during lunch & after school starting in mid-late September. For any remaining missing signatures, please keep your eye out for an email from us. If you haven't been approached with submitting your signature, please let us know!
Our Senior Panorama picture will occur during the school day on Wednesday, October 14th, 2025 @ 10 am (during D block)
Seniors will be emailed the Superlatives Nomination form in the near future - stay tuned for updates!
If you are having trouble meeting this Oct. 7th date, you MUST let us know via email so we can CONFIRM that we can get your photos and form to us by NO LATER than Friday, October 30th, 2026.

SENIOR PORTRAIT PICTURES - Requirements/Details:
This is a current or recent photo of you!
Image Size/File Format:
> Should be saved as set to 5 x 7 inches with a 300 ppi resolution
> Should be Vertical / Portrait Orientation
> Send image file as a JPEG or TIFF or PNG
> Note: Screenshots / HEIC files will NOT work
Image File Label:
> Please make sure your image file is listed & spelled correctly with the LastNameFirstName. At the end, you can also specify what the picture is for (Examples: KnowlesBeyonce_SeniorPortrait; OBrienConanSeniorPic)
If you would like us to take your Senior Picture for you, please let us know by emailing us so we can offer times/dates before the 10/7 due date.

This year we have 2 ways of collecting pictures from you!
1) Email it to YB Crew:
> Please send your photos as attachments to the following email address:
lhsyearbook@longmeadow.k12.ma.us
> In the subject line of the email, please list the student's full name & current grade
2) Upload it Directly to Jostens (via Photo Share portal):
> Either click here to upload it or scan the QR code below
> Please make sure the information you enter is spelled correctly and listed clearly. Submit your senior portrait under the "Portrait" option.
Senior CHILDHOOD PICTURES - Requirements/Details:
This can be a photo from when you were a baby to toddler to even middle school age!
Image Size/File Format:
> Should be saved as set to about 5 x 7 inches with a 300 ppi resolution
> Should be Vertical / Portrait Orientation
> Send image file as a JPEG or TIFF or PNG
> Note: Screenshots / HEIC files will NOT work
> We understand if the scaling is different because of time passing. We do have a scanner and can assist! For help, please reach out to us promptly.
Image File Label:
> Please make sure your image file is listed & spelled correctly with the LastNameFirstName. At the end, you can also specify what the picture is for (Example: SwiftTaylor_childhood)

Submitting Photos for us to Use in the Yearbook!
If you are interested in submitting photos for us to consider using in the yearbook, we have the following options listed below.
Please make sure that you have consent of the members involved in the photos submitted.
1) Email it to YB Crew:
> Please send your photos as attachments to the following email address:

> In the subject line of the email, please list the students (if possible) & what event/moment the photo reflects
(examples: Dweedle & Dee at SeniorSunrise; Candid in Science class; crowd pic during Football game against Chaug)
2) Upload it Directly to Jostens (via Photo Share portal):
> Either click here to upload it or scan the QR code below
> Please make sure the information you enter is spelled correctly and listed clearly. Please submit picture(s) under the "School Life" option.
