Reflection

The students benefited from this lesson for many reasons. It is important for students to know that their health is more than just physical. With the COVID-19 pandemic, many students did not feel safe for the past year. It was helpful to show our students that they can use healthy strategies to keep them safe. This Nearpod lesson was a great way for students to express themselves in a small group setting. This lesson can be followed up with the Living a Healthy Lifestyle Nearpod.
