Longevity Career Pathways
Endless learning, development and opportunities.
Applications are Open
We are accepting applications for our 2027 January Graduate Program
At Longevity, we are interested in far more than just your clinical qualifications on paper—we want to get to know you as a person. We believe that diverse backgrounds, unique life experiences, and fresh perspectives are essential to creating a vibrant, high-performing team and delivering exceptional care to our clients. We look for people who are naturally curious, enthusiastic, and driven by a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in people's lives. If you possess a growth mindset, value resilience, and bring positive energy to the workplace every day, you will fit right in.
We look for team members who want to build a career with no ceiling, whether that means becoming a world-class clinician or stepping into leadership, management, and business roles across our fast-growing network. While a degree in Exercise Physiology or Human Movement (with ESSA accreditation or eligibility) is required for our Exercise Physiologist roles, we also look for Exercise Science and Allied Health Assistant applications from students while they study. In addition, we also welcome ambitious students into our internship and scholarship programs. If you are ready to bring your authentic self, learn alongside a supportive community of over 90 Exercise Physiologists, and invest in your long-term health, wealth, and happiness, we would love to hear from you.
You can apply for our our roles, graduate program, internships or express your interest in working with us by filling in the forms linked on this site, finding an opening on Seek or emailing direct on -
If you meet our eligibility criteria and your initial application is successful, someone from the team will be in contact to discuss your application further.
The next round is a first round interview with one of our leaders or hiring team members. Here you'll get to show who you are and ask questions. Depending on where you're located, the interview could be in person or meeting link.
The second interview is usually in person and you may be doing a practical task. We will also cover anything that we didn't in the first interview.
Finally, if you're successful at the second interview stage, you'll be invited to a call or meeting with the company director or a senior leader.
