Our weight lifting class is focused on helping students become a bigger, stronger, and faster version of themselves.
Students are required to perform body weight movements, core lifts, and olympic lifts.
Training is differentiated based on students level of ability and experience.
Grades : 6th, 7th, & 8th

This course is designed to assist each student in developing and maintaining a lifestyle that promotes wellness by providing accurate and up-to-date health related information as the foundation for making educated, responsible, and healthy personal health decisions.
This course provides students with the opportunity to learn a variety of sports and sport related movements, as well as health and fitness concepts.
Emphasis is placed on active participation and positive social interaction during fitness and sport activities.
Proper athletic attire is encouraged.
