The information and scores on the District HIB report posted annually reflect each individual school's final score on the School Self-Assessment for Determining Grades under the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act. Grades are determined after each school's HIB Specialist, Principal and School Climate team complete a school self assessment.  The Self Assessment the school completes determines the final HIB report grade each school achieves. It is a rubric that includes eight core elements with  indicators  that include all of the expectations and responsibilities  that districts and schools must provide as outlined  in the  Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act.  Under each core element there are a variety of expected criteria  that indicate whether the school has met the requirements, partially met the requirements, or exceeded the requirements.
