Hi! I am Mrs. Tharrington, and I am a special education case manager, primarily working with second grade! This will be my third year as a teacher, and my seventh year working in special education. I began as a paraprofessional here at South School until leaving to get my masters degree and complete my student teaching practicum in a second grade inclusion classroom. Once licensed, I remained in Massachusetts for two years teaching the substantially-separate autism program for students in grades k-2. I am so excited to be back at South and stepping into this new role, and I can’t wait to work alongside you, their classroom teachers, and related service providers to make this a great year for learning. Please always reach out with any questions or concerns!
