How can you support our STEM Class?
Welcome to my STEM page!
My name is Laura Lee and have worked in various capacities in the school district since 1991. I have been a substitute teacher, special education assistant, DestiNation ImagiNation District Coordinator, a 3rd grade teacher, a KEY program teacher, and for the last 18 years, a math enrichment , now "enrichment" special's teacher recently turned, STEM Teacher! I love my job, and appreciate the opportunity to work with the families and their children of this community!
I look forward to developing my learners' confidence as critical and creative thinkers, effective communicators, and engaging collaborators! In our space, my relationship with my students and their peers is paramount. South school's expectations of respect, responsibility and safety is essential to an engaging learning environment. I truly believe in having the mindset to TRY, is the biggest piece to the puzzle! I am ready to support your learners as we dive into a year filled with purposeful and fun learning experiences.
