Class Overview
I am so excited to be working with all students! In this special we will explore Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematical concepts (STEM). We will achieve this through hands on projects. Students will have opportunities to move through the engineering design process. This includes asking a question, developing an idea, sharing their ideas with each other, developing a plan, trying their ideas, improving upon their ideas, and lastly, sharing their results.
About Me
This is my fifth year at North. I am so excited to share my love of numbers and hands-on projects with students. Previously, I taught in another district for five years. Then, while raising my family, I taught online courses.
This summer I had the opportunity to attend a workshop on Mount Washington. I am so excited to share all the weather lessons we explored.
