Our year will be filled with fun learning experiences each day! Our mornings will begin with morning meeting creating strong friendships and a positive classroom community. From there we will transition to specials, please see our specials schedule to plan for each day. When we get back we will spend our morning studying our phonics pattern of the week during Fundations. After, we will enjoy some social time or read aloud during snack time. When we wrap up snack we will study our unit of reading using the program CKLA integrated with writing. After that, we will have 2nd grade lunch and recess.  When we return, we'll get started with math to meet each individual learners needs with developing number sense, working on math facts, hands on learning with peers, and teacher driven differentiation through our Math in Focus curriculum.  The time in room #15 will fly by as our days will be extremely busy!
