Meet the teacher!

Hi! My name is Daisy Steven. The 2018-19 school year will be my third year teaching at Buena Vista. I am so excited to have you join our class community! I love teaching and working with 3rd graders, and I strive to create a fun and safe learning environment for all.

Before joining the Buena Vista team, I received my Master's in Education and Teaching Credential from UCSB. I also have taught English as a second language in Italy, and worked as a preschool teacher in New Zealand. I have experience working with a wide age range of students, but so far, 3rd grade has been my favorite to teach.

Last year, I got married and changed my last name from Aliberti to Steven, so don't be surprised if you hear me referred to as Ms. Aliberti. If you ever need to contact me, please don't hesitate. You can contact me through:
