Planning for life after high school can seem daunting, but we here at LHS want to prepare all of our students and their families to the best of our abilities. To do that, we created this transitions website as a place to house resources on as many post-high school opportunities as possible. 

It is our hope that students will find resources for not only college/ university, but for other options such as military service, entering the workforce, and all other amazing journeys that students may embark on in their life after high school!
