Baby Floating Crash Course (babies 6–24 months of age)
Focus: Infant self-rescue and water safety.
Duration: 6 weeks, 24 lessons (4 lessons per week).
Format: Individual one-on-one lessons (5–10 minutes and more, depending on the baby’s fitness progress).
Fee: SAR 3,000 (once-off).
Baby Floating Lessons (babies 6-24 months of age)

1 Lesson/Week (4 lessons per month): SAR 750/month.
2 Lessons/Week (8 lessons per month): SAR 1,400/month.
3 Lessons/Week (12 lessons per month): SAR 2,100/month.
Learn-to-Swim Private Lessons (learners 2–17 years of age)
Tailored one-on-one instruction for faster progression.
Fees:
1 Lesson/Week (4 lessons per month): SAR 1,400/month.
2 Lessons/Week (8 lessons per month): SAR 2,850/month.
3 Lessons/Week (12 lessons per month): SAR 4,250/month.
Other Programs
Adult Swimming and Water Aerobics: Available upon request.
Family/Group Discount: Families or groups enrolling three or more swimmers on the same account are eligible for a 10% discount on monthly fees.
Early Registration Discount: New participants enrolling during the first two months after our opening date (15 January 2025) will receive a 10% discount on their monthly fees.
Free Trial Lesson: All new participants are entitled to a free trial lesson. No obligation to join.
This trial lesson includes:
A skill assessment to evaluate swimming ability.
A facility tour for parents to explore our state-of-the-art amenities.
An opportunity to meet our experienced instructors and learn about our teaching methods.
4. Lesson Times
Monday to Thursday & Saturday to Sunday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
Friday: Closed.
5. Lesson Duration
Baby Floating: 10–15 minutes per session, depending on progress.
Learn-to-Swim: 30 minutes per session.
Fee Payment
Invoices are issued upon receipt of the signed agreement and are based on the confirmed starting date of lessons.
Recurring invoices will be sent on the same date each month as the initial invoice issuance.
All invoices are due immediately upon issuance to secure the swimmer’s time slot.
Payments must be made in full before lessons commence.
Holding Fees: Lessons may be placed on hold for up to 3 months due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to a holding fee of 50% of the normal membership fee. This ensures the retention of your time slot.
Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be submitted via email to info@kiddiesaquaksa.com or WhatsApp at +966 55 669 2585.
If a client wishes to cancel their lessons, a minimum notice period of two weeks before the next invoice cycle is required. If notice is provided less than two weeks before the next invoice is due, the following month's swimming lessons will remain valid, and the invoice will still be payable.
Swimmers are allowed to participate in lessons during the notice period.
Absenteeism
Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia is not obligated to provide credit or makeup lessons for absences due to personal reasons, including but not limited to illness, public holidays, vacations, or other commitments.
Swim School or Instructor Unavailability
In the event that a lesson is canceled due to the unavailability of the swim school or the instructor, Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia will provide a makeup lesson or a credit for the missed session.
Clients will be notified in advance of such cancellations, and rescheduling will be coordinated at a mutually convenient time.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for missed lessons unless exceptional circumstances are approved at the sole discretion of Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia management.
Behavior and Decorum
Silence is required in the pool area to maintain an optimal learning environment.
Cell phones and other electronic devices are prohibited in the pool area to avoid distractions and ensure safety.
Access to the Pool Area
Participants and guardians may only enter the pool area when called for their lesson. Unauthorized entry is not allowed.
Parents or guardians should use the designated viewing area and/or lounge area during lessons.
Attendance and Punctuality
It is essential to notify the school in advance if the learner cannot attend a lesson. Notifications can be sent via WhatsApp/SMS to +966 55 669 2585 or email to info@kiddiesaquaksa.com .
Students are expected to arrive promptly for their lessons. Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the lesson to maintain the schedule for all participants.
Holidays and Make-Up Lessons
Fees remain payable during public holidays, school- and religious holidays, and scheduled breaks as outlined in the Kiddies Aqua calendar.
To ensure clients receive the full value of their fees during these periods, Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia will offer two separate 5-day holiday camps before the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays. These camps provide additional swimming lessons to compensate for breaks and ensure continued progress.
Holiday camp prices will vary and will be communicated well in advance. Participation is optional but encouraged to maximize the benefits of the program.
Parking and Premises
Parking is available in designated Kiddies Aqua parking spots inside or outside the premises. Ensure you adhere to signage and directions for smooth traffic flow.
The owners and employees of Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia are not liable for any injury, theft, or damages occurring on or outside the premises.
Pool Area Regulations
Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited in the indoor pool area to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Proper swim attire, including swim caps and goggles, is mandatory for all swimmers.
Information and Notices
Parents and guardians are encouraged to regularly review notices, updates, and important announcements displayed on the facility's notice boards or shared digitally.
Holiday camp schedules, seasonal breaks, and lesson adjustments will be communicated well in advance.
Code of Conduct: Respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants is expected at all times. Failure to comply may result in termination of lessons.
Health and Safety
Parents must ensure their children are in good physical and mental condition before attending lessons. Notify instructors of any medical concerns or limitations in advance.
Children exhibiting signs of illness, including fever, cold, or flu, should not attend lessons until fully recovered to protect the health of all participants.
Facility Care: All participants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and care within the facility. Dispose of waste properly and respect the equipment and property.
Lesson Timings and Duration
Baby Floating lessons last between 10–15 minutes or longer per session, depending on the baby’s progress and fitness level.
Learn-to-Swim and other programs have a standard lesson duration of 30 minutes per session.
Participant Health and Fitness: All participants must be in good physical and mental health to engage in swimming lessons and related activities. Parents/guardians are required to disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs that may impact participation. Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia reserves the right to request medical clearance before a student begins lessons.
Right to Suspend or Terminate Lessons: Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate lessons at any time if it is deemed necessary for the safety and well-being of the participant, instructor, or other facility users. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, medical emergencies, non-compliance with rules, or operational requirements.
Limitation of Liability: Participation in swimming lessons and activities is entirely at the participant’s own risk. Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia, its staff, management, and affiliated entities are not liable for any injuries, harm, loss, or damages incurred during lessons, on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injuries, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Photo and Video Consent: By enrolling in Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia’s programs, parents/guardians consent to the use of photos and videos of their child(ren) for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. This includes images captured during lessons, events, or other activities. Parents who wish to opt out must provide written notice to the school at the time of registration.
Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations: All activities, policies, and operations at Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia are conducted in strict adherence to Saudi Arabian laws and regulations, including those related to health, safety, and data protection. Participants are expected to comply with these standards and cooperate with any instructions provided by the school’s staff or management.
Parental Responsibility: Parents or guardians must ensure their children are supervised before and after lessons while on Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia’s premises. The school is not responsible for unsupervised children outside of scheduled lesson times.
Purpose of CCTV Monitoring: Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia has installed CCTV cameras throughout its facilities to ensure the safety and security of all participants, staff, and property. CCTV footage is strictly for monitoring and security purposes. Footage will only be reviewed in the event of an incident, dispute, or legal requirement and will not be used for any other purpose. By enrolling in Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia programs, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept the presence of CCTV monitoring for the stated purposes. Any concerns regarding the use of CCTV must be submitted in writing to info@kiddiesaquaksa.com or via WhatsApp at +966 55 669 2585.
At Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia, we prioritize the privacy and protection of your personal data in compliance with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). This law governs how personal data is collected, stored, used, and shared to ensure your rights are safeguarded.
1. Data Collection and Usage
Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of providing swimming lessons, managing memberships, and ensuring a high-quality service. Data collected includes, but is not limited to:
Full name of the participant and guardian.
Contact information (phone, email, and address).
Health and medical details relevant to swimming activities.
Emergency contact information.
This data may also be shared with Learning Oasis International & National School, our sister company, to facilitate cross-collaboration and promote relevant programs, ensuring seamless integration of services and opportunities for participants.
2. Secure Data Storage
All personal data is securely stored on encrypted servers and is accessible only by authorized personnel.
Paper documents, where applicable, are stored in secure facilities with restricted access.
3. Purpose and Limitations
Personal data will only be used for the intended purposes of:
Membership registration and administration.
Communication regarding lessons, schedules, and updates.
Emergency contact in case of unforeseen events.
Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Consent for Additional Use
Should the Swim School require the use of personal data for purposes other than those originally intended, explicit prior consent will be obtained from the individual or their guardian.
Examples of additional purposes include promotional activities or sharing data with third-party partners for enhanced services.
5. Data Sharing
Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the explicit consent of the individual.
In cases where data sharing is necessary, the Swim School will ensure that all third parties comply with the PDPL.
6. Data Retention and Destruction
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by Saudi Arabian law.
Once data is no longer required, it will be securely destroyed using industry-standard methods.
7. Rights of Individuals
You have the right to:
Access your personal data held by Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia.
Request correction or deletion of inaccurate or outdated information.
Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing.

8. Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach, Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia will notify affected individuals and the relevant authorities in accordance with PDPL requirements.
9. Acknowledgment: By signing the membership agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the data protection terms outlined above. You consent to the processing of your personal data as described, in compliance with Saudi Arabia’s PDPL.
This indemnity agreement outlines the terms under which Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia, its affiliates, employees, instructors, and representatives (collectively referred to as "the Swim School") are protected against liabilities arising from the provision of swimming lessons and related activities.
1. Assumption of Risk
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that swimming and related activities inherently involve risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or accidents.
I understand that participation in the Swim School’s activities, whether by myself or on behalf of my child, is voluntary and undertaken with full knowledge of the associated risks.
I confirm that I and/or my child are in good physical and mental condition to participate safely in all swimming activities. I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect participation.
2. Release of Liability
I agree to hold Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia harmless and indemnify it against any claims, demands, damages, or expenses, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss of life, arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Swim School’s programs.
This indemnity extends to any claims resulting from acts of negligence, errors, or omissions by Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia, its employees, or representatives, except where such acts constitute gross negligence or willful misconduct.
3. Premises Liability
I accept that the Swim School premises, including the pool area, lounge, changing rooms, and parking, carry inherent risks. I acknowledge that I use these facilities at my own risk and will take all necessary precautions.
Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia will not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.
4. Compliance with Rules and Regulations
I agree to comply with all rules, safety instructions, and guidelines set forth by the Swim School.
I understand that failure to adhere to these rules may result in the termination of participation without a refund.
5. Photo and Media Release
I consent to the Swim School capturing photos and videos of myself and/or my child during lessons for promotional, social media, or advertising purposes.
If I do not wish for photos or videos to be taken, I will notify the Swim School in writing at info@kiddiesaquaksa.com or WhatsApp +966 55 669 2585.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
I acknowledge that personal information provided to the Swim School will be used in compliance with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
The Swim School will safeguard personal data, using it solely for operational purposes or as otherwise agreed upon.
7. Emergency Medical Treatment
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the Swim School to seek immediate medical treatment for myself and/or my child.
I accept full financial responsibility for any costs incurred for such treatment and waive any claims against the Swim School for decisions made in good faith regarding emergency medical care.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi Arabian courts.
9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By signing this indemnity agreement, I confirm that I have read and understood its contents, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
I accept full responsibility for myself and/or my child while participating in any activity provided by Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia.
By signing this agreement, I hereby acknowledge and confirm the following terms and conditions of my engagement with Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia as the service provider for swimming lessons:
1. Service Acknowledgment
I acknowledge Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia as the designated provider of swimming lessons for myself and/or my child/children.
I confirm that I have been provided with comprehensive details about the services offered, including lesson schedules, fees, and program descriptions.
2. Payment Terms and Financial Obligations
I agree to the payment terms as outlined in this agreement, including the obligation to pay fees in advance of each swimming month. All invoices are due immediately upon issuance to secure the swimmer’s time slot. Recurring invoices will be issued on the same date each month as the initial invoice issuance. Regular monthly invoicing will follow this schedule to ensure consistency in payments. I acknowledge that payments must be made in full before lessons commence and that my reserved time slot will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
I understand that fees remain payable during notice periods, holidays, and school- and religious breaks as stipulated.
I acknowledge that failure to make timely payments may result in the forfeiture of my/my child’s lesson slot.
3. Cancellation Policy
I understand and accept the cancellation policy requiring written notice for the termination of swimming lessons:
A minimum of two weeks' written notice is required before the next invoice cycle if I wish to cancel. Notice must be submitted via email to info@kiddiesaquaksa.com or WhatsApp at +966 55 669 2585.
If notice is given less than two weeks before the next invoice cycle, the following month’s lessons will remain valid, and the invoice will still be payable.
Swimmers are allowed to continue their lessons during the notice period.
4. Refund and Credit Lesson Policy
I acknowledge that Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia is under no obligation to provide credit lessons for absences due to personal reasons.
I understand that the swim school will provide credit lessons or rescheduling only in cases of unavailability of the school or instructor.
I accept that refunds are not offered unless under exceptional circumstances as approved by management.
5. Indemnity Agreement
I agree to indemnify Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia, its staff, affiliates, and representatives against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in swimming lessons or related activities.
I confirm that I have reviewed and accepted the full indemnity agreement as part of this contract.
6. Personal Data and Compliance
I acknowledge that my personal data, as well as my child/children’s data, will be processed and managed in compliance with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
I understand my rights to access, correct, or withdraw my consent regarding the use of personal data.
7. Accuracy of Information
I confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
I undertake to notify Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia of any changes to the provided information, including contact details and health conditions, within 14 days of change.
8. CCTV Monitoring
I acknowledge and consent to the presence of CCTV cameras within the Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia facilities for security and monitoring purposes.
I confirm my understanding that footage will only be used in the event of an incident, dispute, or legal requirement and will not be used for any other purpose.
9. Rules and Guidelines: I agree to comply with all rules, guidelines, and safety measures implemented by Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia to ensure a safe and productive environment for all participants.
10. Acknowledgment of Policies
I have reviewed and understood the terms outlined in the Membership Agreement, including but not limited to:
Financial obligations, including refund and credit lesson policies.
General rules and conditions.
Indemnity agreement.
Personal data protection policy.
CCTV monitoring policy.
I accept these terms and agree to abide by them for the duration of my/my child’s participation in Kiddies Aqua Saudi Arabia programs.
