The following Bulletin outlines important information including schedules, fees, new course offerings, and important registration and payment links for the re-enrollment processes for the 2026-2027 school year.
1. February 2nd- Priority enrollment will begin for returning students. As typical, students will be able to take advantage of a lower enrollment rate if they enroll during the month of February. You will also need to choose classes in February.
By choosing to take advantage of the early enrollment discount, you are agreeing to select courses before March 1st. If you have not selected courses by that time, courses will be automatically assigned based on the student’s grade and relevant academic plans. All add/drop fees will apply should you determine course changes are needed after that time.
* Changes are subject to an Add/Drop fee returning to the rate of $60.
2. During priority registration, families will be allowed to defer the enrollment fee to April 15th which is not a tuition payment month. Should they wish to do so, they will need to request the deferment and sign an agreement stating that they understand that regardless of any changes that may occur in their intent to enroll between March 1st and April 15th, they will still owe the enrollment fee on April 15th. If you would like to request to have your enrollment fee deferred until April, please fill out this form. Please note that we need to receive the form at least three days prior to you completing your enrollment form. So, if you intend to enroll on February 2nd, you will want to complete this form today.
3. On April 15th, we will automatically withdraw any students who have not re-enrolled. They will then have to pay $100 to be re-enrolled in addition to the $400 enrollment fee.
4. We will not save space in classes for students who have enrolled but have not chosen courses.
Enrollment Fees:
$300 per student if enrolled before March 1st
$400 per student if enrolled April 14th - Class choices may be limited for those registering in this group.
$500 per student to enroll April 15th or later and no guarantee of placement
$11 per student for FACTS enrollment fee
Technology Fee:
$200 annually per student
FACTS Fee:
$25 or $55/year per family based on payment plan
Schedule Change Fee: $60
On Friday, January 30th, LP families will receive an email from Registrar Addie Delahoussaye. This will give directions on how to access the re-enrollment area on the FACTS Family Portal (Re-enrollment will not show up until 9:00 a.m. on February 2nd). Please note that this process should be done on a computer and NOT on the mobile app.
On February 2nd at 9:00 a.m. re-enrollment will open. Instructions will walk families through the process of updating pertinent information, parent signatures on vital documents, and setting up or updating a payment plan in the FACTS system.
We will continue to use the FACTS system to input course selection. After submitting your re-enrollment packet and saving a copy for your records, please return to your FACTS Family Portal. On the left side of the page, choose the category marked "student." From there, you will choose "Course Request." Instructions will walk families through each step of the process so that you can select the courses in which your student would like to enroll in the fall. You can view all course listings and tuition pricing in the links below. Please reference the Course Descriptions for prerequisites and details.
Complete the enrollment packet.
Choose a payment plan.
Pay the enrollment fee or apply to defer.
Choose classes.
All four steps must be complete to fulfill enrollment by priority dates.
We will be phasing in a one tuition plan for all grades over the next few years. There will be one quoted price for each grade level. For the 26-27 school year grades K, 1, 2, 9 and 10 will be on the plan.
K, 1st, and 2nd Grades: One Tuition will include tuition and technology fee and will not include books.
9th and 10th Grades: One Tuition will include tuition for a full class load, technology fee, books, all TAPPS athletics / activities that the school participates in (including any necessary travel), Fall retreat, homecoming dance, and one yearbook.
The plan does not include any athletic / activity gear that you keep (i.e. custom fit uniforms, socks, head gear, etc.), schedule change and withdrawal fees, books for dual credit classes and computer purchase.
Computer: There will be a one time charge for the cost of the computer (determined when we purchase the computers) billed with the tuition in the year the computer is received. Ongoing security subscriptions and warranty costs will be included.
Athletics
Like last year, we are separating the athletics registration process from the academic registration process. We hope that this gives you more time and opportunity to learn about our various sports teams and make the best plan for your family. The athletics registration period will be March 2nd-April 15th. More information about fees and sports offerings for next year will be released in the Athletics Registration Newsletter on February 23rd.
Spirit Squad
Drumline, Drill Team and Cheer are all part of our spirit squad. Registration for those three teams will take place during the academic registration period. Please make sure to register for them early. Both cheer and drill team will have tryouts in March. Please watch the newsletter for more information about these tryouts.
New Course
Introduction to Nutrition
Course Code, 1st Semester: 1301 NUTRI
Introduction to Nutrition introduces students to the science of nutrition and its importance for lifelong health. Students will explore the three macronutrients (Carbohydrates, Fats, and Proteins), essential micronutrients (Vitamins, Minerals, and Antioxidants), how the body processes food, and the impact of nutrition on physical and mental well-being. Through interactive lessons, projects, and practical applications, students will learn the role of specific nutrients in an overall healthy diet, read and interpret nutrition labels, evaluate media messages about food, and understand cultural and environmental factors affecting nutrition. By the end of the course, students will be able to identify common food sources of primary nutrients, plan balanced meals, and apply critical thinking skills to nutrition-related topics in the real world.
Parent Role: Guide for Independent Study: Courses on this level mimic those offered in college where independent study skills and disciplined planning are necessary for academic success. Parents should read assignment sheets, make sure their student is investing sufficient time on their assignments, and verify that assignments are being completed. Parents should be available to assist as needed with organization, accountability, and spiritual guidance and maintain a “satellite classroom” environment for their student on days they are not attending Logos Prep.
Course Prerequisites: Satisfactory performance on the appropriate placement/reading comprehension tests, successful completion of Biology, acceptance of transfer credit of the previous course in the Science sequence, or approval by administration.
