Go to fidelity.com/activatecard on your browser.
Enter your username and password to log into your Fidelity account.
If you don’t already have an online account, select the option to create an account and follow the instructions.
You’ll be prompted to enter specific details for your new card:
Card number (16-digit number on the front of the card)
Expiration date
CVV (3-digit security code on the back)
Fidelity may require an extra step to confirm your identity, which may include:
Receiving a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email or mobile number.
Answering a security question you set up during account registration.
After verifying all details, click Activate Card to finalize the process.
