Organizes photoshoots at all events and activities
Document events and activities
Record all discussions during meetings, and document who attended
Report any school announcements to office staff
Help create meeting agenda
Chapter Vice President of Public Relations: Danika Kreifels
Promote organization to school and community
Responsible for the chapter on social media
Create and distribute promotional flyers throughout the school and community
Send updates and documentation to local news sources and school
Photographer of all projects and activities
Chapter Vice President of Programs: Marissa Hilbers
Implement, lead, & evaluate at least one National Programs project for the chapter each year
Encourage National Programs project participation for members
Work with adviser to write up state and national award applications for National Programs
Chapter Vice President of Development: Sage Peters
Coordinate fundraising throughout the year
Have at least four fundraising opportunities
Work with the President and adviser to schedule fundraising events
Chapter Vice President of Competitive Events: Lexie Ziepke
Create promotional/flier for membership night covering STAR Events
Plan a meeting for members interested in competing in STAR Projects
Create or update the current LV STAR Events Guide
Assist STAR project participants with a timeline of the STAR Project
