My name is Ashley Wakelee, and this is my 10th year at Logan Middle School. I am very excited to be teaching ELA - my favorite - this year. In previous years, I have been the co-advisor of both Girls Run the World Club and the Yearbook Club.

I graduated from Holy Family University (Go Tigers!) with my bachelor's degree in elementary and special education, as well as my master's degree in education. I am also a certified reading specialist. Prior to coming to LMS, I taught in Philadelphia for a number of years.

When I'm not at school, I'm probably outside - walking, running, hiking, bike riding, or having adventures with Mr. Wakelee and our 5-year-old twin boys!
