This example show some ideas on how to fill out the ILP form.

Applying for University Units

Read all of the CSUS and University of Massachusetts Global documents carefully and completely.

All interactions between TIP participants and the universities are exclusively between the participants and the universities. The Lodi USD TIP Coordinator's only action is to provide the TIP participants verification of completion to the participants at the end of the school year. Any questions about the units must be directed to the university.

University Fees / Tuition to be paid in full by the employee and is not reimbursed.

You must submit Form A to Personnel prior to enrollment in university/college course for salary advancement. After credits/units are issued you must provide your official transcript to Personnel.

CSUS registration window is open now and closes on May 24, 2024.

CSUS only offers Candidates credits

Course EDTE 270 is for Year 1 Candidates

Course EDTE 271 is for Year 2 Candidates

No Course is available for Mentors

There are now 3 options for CSU payment.

1. For payment with a credit card please call 916-278-6894 after registering, but allow 24 hours for the registration to process before calling.

2. To pay online with a credit card, please see information below:

CSUS will send you a registration confirmation once we've enrolled you. Your confirmation will include your Student ID number and instructions on setting up a Saclink account. Once your account is active you can log onto My Sac State (http://mycsus.edu) to access your Student Center to pay your fees for this course by credit card or debit card. Failure to submit payment after 60 days will result in you being dropped from the course.

3. For payment with a check, send to the address below with a copy of the registration printout
