The counseling department created this survey to determine areas of need for appropriate and necessary mental health services and resources that can be provided to your child through the school counseling department and district Crisis Team. Your responses are confidential and will only be reviewed by the counseling and crisis team. We highly recommend that you fill out the survey so we can more accurately determine what supports students may need during this time.
