Mission Statement
Our special education program is designed to improve the quality of life of students with disabilities and their families by developing integral skills through content, knowledge, and application.
At Lodi High School we work with students in grades 9-12, assisting them in resource, in-class support, and mainstream classes so they can strive to not only have the most successful academic career, but prepare themselves for the future.
Aside from the support of their teachers, paraprofessionals, counselors, and administrative staff, we also house four members of the Child Study Team who collectively share all our special education students on their caseload, making them readily available for any situation a student might have.
Our motto here is simple, "Each one, teach one" ensuring that not only are our children learning from one another and assisting each other, but our staff is an equal part of the process, always improving in their strategies, content, and ability to assist our students with disabilities.
