Dr. Sarah Cordero is a dedicated physical therapist who thrives on helping people reach their full potential in health and wellness. Sarah obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA where she gained a comprehensive understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic techniques. Her education also included extensive hands-on clinical experience in orthopedics and sports medicine, which has been instrumental in shaping her approach to patient care.
Having worked in various clinical settings across the country, Sarah brings a wealth of experience to her practice. Her personal background in sports—whether as an athlete or sports enthusiast—deeply influences her approach. Understanding the unique demands of athletic performance and recovery allows Sarah to connect with and support athletes and active individuals in a meaningful way. Whether helping patients recover from injuries, surgery, manage chronic pain, or improve functional movement, Sarah utilizes a combination of hands-on techniques, exercise prescription, and patient education to foster both recovery and overall well-being.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah is a certified CrossFit coach (CF-OL1) and member at Sweat Panda CrossFit. She has extensive training in weightlifting which is an area of passion for her. She enjoys hiking, camping, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband and dog.
Sarah looks forward to partnering with patients on their journey to better health and is always available to address any questions or provide support.
