Planning Process:

In December of 2017 the district began working with a design team to define the parameters of a new High School to be built in Lockwood, MT. Lockwood students currently attend K-8th grade in our community, then leave the Lockwood school district to attend high school in Billings, MT. In May, Lockwood voters will have the opportunity to decide if Lockwood high school students will continue to attend high school in Billings, or if they will attend a high school built in Lockwood. Beginning in January 2018, a series of five community planning meetings were scheduled. Through the course of the meetings the community has informed district officials of their desires for a new high school in Lockwood.
