I have over 12 years of experience in international automotive business. While still studying in the Helsinki University of Technology I started my career at the former Finnish Space Research Center. My main tasks were to secure and design the mechanics of space instruments. 

In 2000 I started at Ideal Engineering, one of the biggest CAD/CAM providers in Scandinavia as a Senior Application Specialist. My main task was to consult companies with Structural and Thermal challenges. With my know-how I consulted many international companies improving their products all the way from space-, marine-, mobile- and paper machine-industry.

In 2008 I moved to Mapvision which specializes in providing in-line measurement solutions to the Automotive industry. It was highly rewarding to contact new customers and introduce them to the world leading multi-camera technology. In 2012 Mapvision accomplished global agreement with one of the world leading TIER1 suppliers. In 2013 it was time for me to move to open the North American market. In 5 years it became one of the most important markets for Mapvision. In 2014 I started as Sales Director. In the following 3 years Mapvision sales was expanded to a global network.

Since 2021 I have been representing companies as an sales agent at Lopez Jorkama Consulting.

My core competence is in building personal relationships all the way from company headquarters to the individual plants. I get my inspiration when my customers are satisfied and I truly feel that I have brought value to their process.
