  • Ms. Harris is the school counselor for students in kindergarten, and grades two and four.

Lower Moreland Township School District facilities, under the direction of Governor Wolf, will be closed for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. We will be providing Pine Road social-emotional skills instruction to students during their encore time. Ms. Harris and Mrs. Dallahan will follow the students through all of their years at Pine Road Elementary School. This means, that in the 2021-2022 school year, Ms. Harris will work with students in grades one, three, and five and Mrs. Dallahan will work with students in grade kindergarten, second, and fourth. We look forward to working with our students and families for all of their time here at Pine Road!

The counseling department at Pine Road Elementary is designed to provide opportunities to empower students with effective social and emotional skills for positive self-growth. Mrs. Dallahan and Ms. Harris, our school counselors, focus on being visible, available and especially approachable to students and parents. We encourage a school atmosphere of mutual respect among all students and recognize individual differences as unique characteristics. When students are respected and comfortable in their learning environment, individual productivity increases.
